Home Page Dashboard
At login, GroundWork Monitor 8.0.0 shows the Home Page Dashboard which displays an at-a-glance look into your monitored infrastructure, including gauges with overall host and service status and a list of top global problems. » Learn more

GroundWork Monitor 8.0.0 is a containerized application and offers new packaging for frequent and easy updates with individual components now in Docker containers. » Learn more
User Management
We've made the management of users and secured roles easy with a greatly simplified and powerful user interface. Administrators can now configure LDAP mapping directly from the user interface, including adding domains, mapping LDAP roles to GroundWork roles, and reordering to control which domains are declared in the configuration. » Learn more
Menu Customizer
Along with the product's new user interface, GroundWork has added a menu customization feature, the Menu Editor. This feature allows administrators to customize the menu options of the GroundWork Monitor 8.0.0 application, including adding, cloning, and modifying menu options. Additionally, each menu option can be assigned secure access by role. » Learn more
Dashboards
An enhanced Status Summary offers real-time updates and responsive graphing without configuration, as well as top-problem displays. The Insight dashboard provides insights into time series data in a series of graphs over a user-specified time scale. These are just two of the various visualization and analysis tools offered in GroundWork Monitor 8.0.0. » Learn more
Custom Reports
The integrated Jasper Server reporting tool offers the ability to design and generate custom reports based on the collected state, availability, outage, and performance metrics. Jasper Server provides multiple data stores, role-based access, and various output formats including screen, CSV, PDF, XML, and a print destination. » Learn more
Log Analysis
This is the first version of GroundWork Monitor to include the Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana) as a bundled application. In this initial implementation, it is limited to logging from GroundWork containers and searches of the logs, however can be extended to use a large number of useful features. » Learn more
Network Discovery
New features include enhanced asset node management, packet capture, and wiring diagram management. » Learn more
Cloud Monitoring
The GroundWork Cloud Hub now allows Google Cloud Platform users to easily monitor the availability and performance of resources within the cloud. » Learn more
GDMA Plugins
Now it's easy to download custom plugins on your hosts for monitoring with the GroundWork Distributed Monitoring Agent (GDMA). Once plugins are uploaded, the agent will download those plugins along with any associated dependencies. » Learn more
Threshold Overrides
Any service in GroundWork Monitor 8.0.0 that sets state via metric thresholds can have the threshold over-ridden by an authorized user without making changes to the source of the service (Nagios™ or Cloud Hub) » Learn more

Acknowledgements | Can't acknowledge a service from a SLA dashboard | SLA Dashboards displayed in the SLA Carousel have a right-click context menu, but the Acknowledge option is not active. | Use the To statusviewer option to acknowledge. |
Business Service Monitoring | Default bsm-service-01 configured but empty | The service bsm-service-01 on host bsm-host is included as an example of Business Service Monitoring. Announcements
